Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a great treatment to relieve muscular-skeletal pain caused by bad posture, overuse or overuse. A Deep Tissue Massage enables the recipient to be relieved from chronic muscular pain by focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue and relieveing and releasing them. This will reduce pain and increase freedom of movement for the person receieving the massage. The two most advanced tehcniques for depe tissue massage are Neuromuscular Therapy which focuses on creating a balance between the central nervous system and the muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments and joints and myofascial release which focuses on stretching the connective tissue coverings called fascia that surround every part of our internal structure, including our bones, muscles, and organs.

Injury Treatment

A treatment dedicated to injuries and muscular pain. We will endeavour to understand the reason why the injury has taken place, examine and assess the injury, and then advise on the best treatment and exercise for the specific injury. Treatment will then commence, together with an exercise programme, so as to get you back to full fitness in the quickest possible time.
