Laurieknowe SRC opened in 2015 after a major refurbishment of its courts (floors, ceiling, LED lights, walls) and its changing room and toilet facilities. It has 2 glass-back courts, the only ones in Dumfries, a large lounge providing leather sofa seating looking into the glass-back courts, a 100-sq.m. upstairs fitness and dance studio (currently a gym) which provides a viewing gallery for both courts.
