Day 1 Competed some well fought matches notably by Peter Jensen v Neil Eybers close contested 3/2 match won by Neil Eybers 

Tristan Swanich v Seth Flitsberg our No.1 ranked player great match of smooth movement and solid hitting by both won by Seth 3/0

Stephen Bottger playing against Shaun Matthews well fought and gutsy performance by Steve Bottger taking a game off the higher ranked Shaun
