Another month and we may be able to get back on court. Watch this space.
Awaiting updates from England Squash and the University as to how we proceed.
The informal committee have yet to meet to discuss the immediate future regarding Internal and County leagues. Some of us are going to get a big shock when we do get the chance to hit a ball and run about. But the wiser and fitter of you will no doubt have taken steps to keep fit.
The website has been quiet but I thought this might be the right occasion to mention Squash Levels and its re-development in conjunction with Squash Skills. The latter is an organisation formed by an ex pro Jethro Binns, helping all squash players develop their game. If you have not done so already you might have a look at the updated website at https://squashlevels.com and https://Squashskills.com
There are several useful videos on training, excercises, playing tips etc on the latter.
On SL you can see where you are in the rankings. All future Internal and County leagues results will automatically fed to Squashlevels. The more results that are published the more accurate will the standings become.
