Seeding will be determined by SportHQ rankings

Players Availability:
Local by 5pm on Friday
Out of Town by 8pm Friday
The tournament organizers will do their best to accommodate player time restrictions for Friday
Please indicate your restriction when registering
Players must be able to play at any time dictated by the draw scheduling from Saturday through Sunday

Accommodations:
Players are advised to book hotel accommodations soon, as rooms in the City are filling up due to other events in the City.

Check-in:
Half hour before all matches
schedule match times are approximate, actual match times could vary

Eye Protection:
Is required for junior players and recommended for all tournament participants

Refereeing
All players should be prepared to assist with refereeing at the request of the control desk
