I think that it is great that the kids learn how to ref matches. One concern that I do have that I think the kids reffing need to know that they need to make the call during the games and not be influenced by coaches or spectators. I witnessed on a few occasions this weekend kids being influenced or being bullied by spectators that's were the competitors club mates. Perhaps a discussion around spectator and reffing conduct should be had with the players and a reminder to coaches as well.
