Tournament Format
Individuals can enter in 2 sections.
A-Section: 1 st - 9 th league
B-Section: 10 th - social

Matches will be played on a best out of 3 games format, Par 11, scoring system. Each player plays a minimum of 3 matches.

Tournament details
1. The tournament fee is R300 per player and includes the following:

 Friday evening meal (Extra food tickets available @R60 pp)
 Good food & Music; Fire outside the Club on Friday evening
 Saturday prize-giving. (Huge prices for top 3 in each section)
 Wine prices from our Local winery’s
 Some fun for those who bring their kiddies
 Squash till you drop!
 

Accommodation.

We have accommodation available from our Highschool’s hostile @ R100 pp per night. No meals included. Bring your own pillow & bedding. (40 spots available)

General Information
1. Entries will be done via Google Form (find link below) please fill in the form and send your proof of payment to Juani-Mari by 31 March 2023 at or WhatsApp 082 554 9717.
2. NO LATE ENTRIES OR ENTRIES WITHOUT PROOF OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED!
4. Friends, family, and kids welcome! Please indicate on entry form (Google Form) if you’re supporters will be joining us for dinner on Friday @ R60 per meal per person.
5. Please note that the club bar works on a DONATIONS policy only, no card payments accepted.
