Refund Policy: Withdrawal Deadline: Any players who withdraw before the deadline will receive 100% of the entry fee back. Any withdrawals after the closing date of an event will not be refunded. Winners referee the next match on the court that they have just finished on. If you are unable to do this due to playing in multiple grades, having a long-standing injury that you need to attend to or are uncomfortable refereeing it is your responsibility to organise a fellow tournament participant to referee for you. The smooth running of our events depends upon this rule being adhered to. If you are unwilling to do so, then you will not be able to participate in our events. If you are new to the Series and worried about this and need some help for your first few events email [email protected] and we will look after you and provide you with help on the day. Entry List Release Date: We will now be keeping the entry lists for tournaments closed (not able to be viewed) on Sporty HQ until 24 hours before the tournament withdrawal deadline. We want to do this to build a sense of interest and excitement about who has entered, hopefully therefore increasing entries and expanding the event's profiles. Late Entries & Filling Draws: Our aim with our events is to try and get as many players involved as possible. This means that across all age categories and grades our participants regularly get a variety of opponents to compete against, meaning that they get great and different experience each time. Sometimes with our tournaments we have draws that have an odd number of entrants in, potentially meaning that players may not get as many games as they would like on the day. We therefore are open to the occasional late/last minute entry into events if it means balancing out draws or schedules, meaning everyone gets the best possible competition. This does therefore mean some late notice re-draws or re-schedules. We will of course do our best to ensure start times aren't affected too greatly so that players can plan travel arrangements properly, and also insure that any changes are communicated via email to everyone affected. The World Squash Federation, England Squash and UK-Racketball advise players to wear eye protection during all matches, to bring suitable first aid provision and do their own risk assessment with regards to playing competitive sport. Participating in all competitive sport incurs an element of injury risk. UK-Racketball are not responsible or liable for any injuries that might occur during our events.
