On behalf of Growthpoint Properties Limited, it is an honour to welcome all participants and officials to the Growthpoint IPT 2023.
A fantastic opportunity to support South African Provincial Squash Players, we are excited to be part of something that builds communities, bringing people together and creating space for well-rounded individuals to thrive.
We share Squash South Africa’s passion for making a positive impact, and would like to thank them for their dedication and hard work.
We look forward to an action-packed tournament, with Nationals to follow later this year.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF SQUASH SOUTH AFRICA

It is with pleasure that I welcome all the participants and officials to the prestigious annual Growthpoint Inter-provincial tournament being hosted in Pretoria under the chairmanship of Brett Cousins. There is ample energy, time and commitment put into running this tournament and I wish to extend a big thank you to Brett and his team.
This tournament sees the cream of the squash crop assimilate each year to battle their fitness and stamina with old rivals and new acquaintances. We expect that competition will be fierce and feisty and SSA encourages each player to play their matches in the spirit of Growthpoint IPT where SQUASH is the eventual winner.
A tournament of this stature can only be executed along with the generosity of our sponsors Growthpoint, Southern Sun, Dunlop and Vodacom and we are grateful and appreciative for all their assistance in making this event happen. And then on the social side, this tournament secures a true home for friendships, camaraderie, sportsmanship and integrity. May you return home having had exciting and grueling matches and above all, injury free.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN OF NORTHERNS SQUASH ASSOCIATION

Jacaranda City is excited to host the 2023 Growthpoint Interprovincial Championship once again.
Players from as far south as Cape Town to our International friends of Zambia and Namibia; Pretoria East will be abuzz with activity as the Players strut their stuff to showcase arguably the fittest sport in the World!
We extend a warm welcome to every player, administrator and supporter over the week commencing Sunday 09 July. We also acknowledge our headline sponsor Growthpoint for their continued support and encouragement.
The spirit of Growthpoint IPT has always been hard fought tussles on court followed by a refreshment and rekindling and making of friendships off the court. Long may that continue. Epitomizing the spirit is the 20 Club. Congratulations to those players here for their 20th IPT and others who have played more – you become the example of the debutants.

The IPT Support Crew, those folk you did not see, those folk working long hours into the early morning, those folk showing true passion pride and dedication to allow the players to focus on playing, those folk that makes this event happen, I thank each and every one of you.
